'Justice is the Foundation of Performance'
I feel like I hear you say that was this expression. You are right the original;
Justice is the basis of property.
If justice is provided in a workplace or institution, if production and development are encouraged, the environment will constantly improve, employees will prefer to perform and productivity will naturally increase.
So let's look at the word performance...
The word performance is often associated with professional athletes, high-speed sports vehicles, heavy machinery or similar objects. Performance is often perceived as always wanting more, always better and always more, and chasing after it.

In every organization, in nature, in sports, in family and in every environment, there are those who run more, work harder and produce more.
