Within the scope of renting - pre-sales analysis consultancy service of agricultural structures and food production facilities;
- Making the financial and technical feasibility of the place for both the buyer and the seller when any agricultural structure (barn, barn, poultry house) is wanted to be rented and/or purchased,
- Making the financial and technical feasibility of the place for both the buyer and the seller when it is desired to rent and/or buy any food production place (milk – meat processing packaging facilities, cold storages and other food units),
- Analysis of the place to be rented and/or sold in compliance with national and international legislation,
- Analysis of the suitability of the place for government support,
- Analysis of whether the agricultural structure meets the minimum requirements for animals,
- Analysis of whether food facilities meet the minimum requirements for food production,
- Analysis of whether the facilities meet the EU criteria,
- Analysis of the facilities' suitability for loans by banks,
- Within the scope of all these, it consists of the services of real reporting of the facilities by both the buyer and the seller.
