What is Digital Transformation Consulting?
As of today, I have received the accredited Digital Transformation Consultancy title after the systematic training given by TÜBİTAK TÜSSIDE.
This subject is on the way to become the profession of the future in many respects. I would like to explain some issues here for those who are interested.
After Industry 4.0, there is a total development and transformation around the world. Just as people who cannot keep up with this transformation are perceived as "ignorant" in our environment. Firms that fail to keep up with this will also be referred to as “inefficient”. And eventually they will realize that this transformation is a necessity for them.
In this context, I will share with you some of the works and processes expected from us.
We will first perform digital maturity analysis for companies in the manufacturing industry using the DDX Move program developed by TÜBİTAK TÜSSIDE and Boğaziçi University.
If we open this a little bit, we will measure how digital the companies are. And we will make them check up on this issue.
You cannot manage what you cannot measure.
After this measurement, we will prepare a roadmap according to the priorities and deficiencies of the business. We will plan the digitalization investments that the business should make in the coming years.

Companies will see their shortcomings in this regard and will have planned what to do. The company will have a roadmap in hand.
The importance of this issue is being understood day by day and many analyzes are being made in this area. Thanks to these trainings, more systematic studies will be carried out on this subject.
