What is mobbing?
- For mobbing to occur, the incident must occur in a workplace. Public private doesn't matter. In other words, any event that takes place in a place where there is no business relationship is not mobbing.
- A person can also mobbing you in a group. This can also be done by your supervisor. It could also be by your colleague.
- The most important issue is hiding the original intention. In other words, there was definitely another reason, but without saying it, you will be subjected to psychological verbal abuse. You are asked to get bored and leave. So you never; It is not said that these are done because you are beautiful, handsome, smart and active, or because you belong to a political view. But the main reason is always different.
- Unsystematic behavior is not mobbing. In other words, once getting angry, arguing, instant issues cannot be mobbing. In order for mobbing to occur, these behaviors must be done to you continuously.
You have either encountered the things I wrote above or you will encounter them somewhere one day. The issue of mobbing is actually quite important. Those who have experienced it will tell you how much it has affected their lives.
