What is the expectation of the private sector from you?
1. Those who train their own staff and those who put effort into the staff and add experience.
2. Those who seek experience in their personnel and advertise accordingly.
Sometimes it causes changes in the necessity of the works. So some jobs are critical and you have to hire someone with experience. But my advice to these businesses is to hire new graduates with experienced people and let them gain experience in your business.
Another issue that businesses expect is to be a problem solver, not a problem maker. So you have to be proactive.
Another issue is that they want you to have potential intelligence. No business wants to work with someone who does not produce solutions and looks naive. So show that you are confident.
And don't say I'll do anything...
Since the person who says they can do whatever job needs a job, the employer also has a different perception.
