The Grant Program will contribute to improving the conditions for increasing formal employment opportunities and registering employees in the Selected Project Provinces (24 Provinces), as well as increasing their operational capacity and providing decent working conditions by supporting enterprises to gain access to sub-grant financing subject to the condition of creating registered employment. . The program will also contribute to the employability of beneficiaries through registered on-the-job experience and skills development. This will directly and/or indirectly contribute to the strengthening of the local economy by reducing unemployment and informality and increasing social cohesion.
