For the covered insured, 1% of the short-term insurance premiums calculated over the lower limit of the earning subject to the premium, as well as the long-term insurance premiums and the whole of the general health insurance premiums, are covered from the Unemployment Insurance Fund during the remaining unemployment benefit, during the period during which he or she is entitled to unemployment benefit.
