The purpose of the R&D, P&D and Innovation Support Program is,
a) Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs with new ideas and inventions based on science and technology through research and development (R&D) and innovation projects; produce or improve a new product, a new process and/or a new service,
b) Ensuring the production of original, improved or modified new products by SMEs in order to adapt to changing market demands and technological developments through product development (P&D) activities.
