T.R. The Ministry of Industry and Technology provides the following incentives for Entrepreneurs operating in Technology Development Zones within the scope of Law No. 4691. Firms and Entrepreneurs with projects focused on R&D, Design and Software development can rent the office, building or land they will use by constructing/constructing on them in the Technology Development Zones, but they do not have the opportunity to purchase. In addition, TDZ Management Companies may subject entrepreneurs who have a business idea or a project that they want to implement and who have not yet established a business subject to income and corporate tax, to the Pre-Incubation program and allocate a place to the entrepreneur in the incubation center for this. Basically, R&D, design and software projects can be carried out in TDZs, and R&D investments only in high-tech fields, which are obtained as a result of R&D or design projects initiated and completed in any TDZ and announced by the General Directorate of R&D Incentives of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Permission may be granted, provided that it is intended for the production of a -Ge Technological Product.
